Thank You For Supporting Our Efforts To Save Palm Aire
Thank you for joining us as a member and helping fund our community’s focused efforts to preserve the character and integrity of Palm Aire and its natural and historic resources. Our efforts to bring awareness to the community at large and to support various measures to do so require resources and funding.
All contributions will be used to leverage our positions and advocacy efforts at City Hall. We appreciate your unwavering support.
We must raise awareness and take supportive action to protect our land. As the intended beneficiaries of prior agreements aimed at protecting Palm Aire’s densities, character, and open green spaces, our short—and long-term rights are at risk. We cannot afford to disregard our rights, or we risk losing them forever. We encourage all members of our beloved community to get involved and help support the efforts to protect our lands from overdevelopment.
Save Palm Aire, Inc. highly encourages both financial participation and active involvement from everyone supporting our mission to Save Palm Aire. These types of issues can be expensive to litigate, but our community can easily help fund this fight with a collective effort. Even at a level of only $100 per door (with special thanks to those who have contributed more), we can raise sufficient funds to spread awareness and support, and effectively represent our community’s interests. Together, we can achieve great things. Thank you for spreading the word—we cannot do it alone.

Save Palm Aire, Inc. is a 503(c)(4) not-for-profit organization fighting on behalf of our community members to protect the long-term vision of the Palm Aire community. All content shared herein is intended to be based on our good-faith beliefs, as also articulated through the allegations of our filed Complaint against the City of Pompano Beach and Clublink. Of course, we encourage all members to further their own research and understanding of the issues and share their own opinions with our community.
We strive to act in the best interest of Palm Aire; its open beauty and limited density, creating the tranquil community we all love and in which we all invested. We will do our best to maintain the tranquil character of our community, but urge all of you to understand that we can only do our best; and Save Palm Aire, Inc. cannot accept any liability if we are unable to accomplish all of our objectives. Members should consult with their own professional advisors regarding the issues, including tax implications and other considerations associated with supporting our collective cause through membership contributions.
Save Palm Aire, Inc. will make every effort to advance its mission, but it cannot guarantee individual outcomes or preferences. By becoming a member of Save Palm Aire, Inc., you agree to all of the terms and legal disclosures outlined herein.
We are committed to transparency in our operations and financial management. We highly encourage all members within the Palm Aire community to stay involved and gain continued insight into how they can help further our collective cause and how any contributions are utilized.
We promise to act in good faith in trying to help our community leverage existing agreements and a public relations campaign with the clear objective of protecting the integrity, character, and natural & historic resources of Palm Aire. Of course, we cannot make any guarantees as to the end result of our collective efforts, and making a membership contribution, financial or otherwise, cannot guarantee that all of your individual interests will be met to your satisfaction.
We will pursue our stated mission with all funds received; that said, Save Palm Aire, Inc. cannot guarantee that all spending will fully align with the individual preferences of all individual members and collective contributors.
Membership contributions made to Save Palm Aire, Inc. are non-refundable. Once a contribution has been processed, it becomes the property of Save Palm Aire, Inc. and will be used in accordance with our community mission and objectives.
